KPAC & PAC2 TV Station Manager: Jonah Lavitt
- Oversee both Student Radio (KPAC) and Student Television (PAC2) operations. Set deadlines and operation dates. Seek, establish, and supervise support staff and maintain job descriptions. Oversee interviews/training of staff with Human Resource Director. Ensure physical organization and tidiness of the station and our storage spaces. Ensure equipment and technology are working up to par, and add new features with Research/Development/Outreach Director. Holds weekly meetings. Plans end of semester parties and gives out KPAC awards. Maintains kpac@pacific.edu email address and sends out weekly informational emails to hosts and other mailing lists. Promote the station with Promotions Director by finding opportunities around campus to set up our promotional table. Attend campus meetings and communications with members of the university and community to spread awareness of KPAC/PAC2 and what we offer. Oversees large-scale events with Event Director. Seek new opportunities for revenue, maintain budget, and create new budgets in partnership with faculty advisor. Create challenging short/long-term goals and plans, and ensures those deadlines are reached. Address larger issues concerning KPAC and PAC2 with the radio/television industry. Contact student radio stations around the U.S. to benchmark new features. Research successful radio stations and creates partnerships. Liaison between hosts/staff and the faculty advisor (Dr. Alan Ray) on a weekly basis, Media Board on a monthly basis, and other organizations/staff/faculty as needed. Write/uphold the KPAC Charter. Maintains our “KPAC Kode of Konduct” and “PAC2 Kode of Konduct” agreements, our KPAC and PAC2 Kwuiz, informational flyers, and all other official documents. Completes any other needed tasks or delegates them to appropriate officers.
KPAC Assistant Manager: Jesus "Willie Gee" Reyes
- Assists Station Manager with coordination and organization of the KPAC radio station, offering aid to most of the Station Manager duties. Handles the daily operations of KPAC and PAC2 TV and addresses/discusses procedural problems, and finds/impliments the solutions. Enforces KPAC Kode of Konduct and PAC2 TV Kode of Konduct and addresses violations. Assists in the growth and improvement of the station. Oversees Webmaster, Computer Engineering, Sound Engineering, News, and Operations Directors.
KPAC Program Director: Davin Sturdivant
- Seeks members for KPAC radio shows. Organizes and updates Excel spreadsheets for show-listings, ensures hosts are completing their shows and provides feedback to hosts. Encourages hosts to promote their shows, and approves the advertising for their individual radio shows. Assists with new-host interviews and training, and processes applications into the show database. Oversees the Hip Hop, Rock, House, Jazz/Classical, and Talk Show Managers.
KPAC Assistant Program Director: David Mayman
- Maintains automated programming. Seeks members for KPAC radio shows. Helps KPAC Program Director ensure hosts are completing their shows and provides feedback to hosts. Encourages hosts to promote their shows, Assists with seeking, interviewing, and training new hosts. With the KPAC Program Director, helps oversees the Hip Hop, Rock, House, Jazz/Classical, and Talk Show Managers.
KPAC Hip-Hop Music Manager: Jesus "Willie Gee" Reyes
- Seeks music labels and artists to send in their promotional kits, puts their music in the promotional CD tower. In addition, they maintain our main hip-hop playlist and oversees our activity and presence in the hip-hop music industry. KPAC Rock Music Manager: Musical Fusion Club
- Seeks music labels and artists to send in their promotional kits, puts their music in the promotional CD tower. In addition, they maintain our main rock playlist and oversees our activity and presence in the rock music industry. Works with the other music managers and program director to ensure our programming objectives are met. Seeks new house music radio hosts, and checks in and provides feedback for rock shows.

KPAC Talk Show Manager: Rachel Westerhoff
- Works with the other music managers and program director to ensure our programming objectives are met. Seeks new talk show radio hosts, and checks in and provides feedback for talk shows.
KPAC Promotions Director Spring 08: Ian Keighley
- Creates and maintains public-relation type events and coordinates our display at promotional/advertising opportunities or activity fairs. Works with KPAC Event Director to promote upcoming events and establishes/oversees the KPAC Promotional "Street" Team.
KPAC & PAC2 TV Finance Director: Hamza Benjelloun
- Works with the Station Manager to prepares/manages/supervises budget, relays financial info between other officers and advisor, attends financial-type club budget workshops.
KPAC & PAC2 TV Research/Development/Outreach Director: Jonah Lavitt
- Researches other college radio/television stations and other local radio/television stations to provide a benchmarking process for KPAC and PAC2 TV. These ideas are forwarded on to the executives of KPAC and PAC2 TV. Also sends letters and emails to students, faculty, staff, administrators, clubs/organizations, not-for-profit organizations, local businesses, and the local community to enhance awareness of KPAC and PAC2 TV. Manages our Facebook and MySpace profiles.
PAC2 TV PowerPoint Designer: Alex Reynon
- Receives PowerPoint slide submissions from the student body and compiles them into our PAC2 TV Presentation Loop.
KPAC & PAC2 TV Computer Engineering Director: Ross Bennett
- Oversees computer hardware and software components. Finds and impliments new technologies for KPAC and PAC2 TV. Establishes and oversees Computer Engineering Team.
KPAC Webmaster: Caitlin Vo
- Maintains website, converts other director's materials into website compatible files and uploads them promptly to website, looks for ways to increase the aesthetic appeal, efficiency, and ease of use of the web experience.
KPAC & PAC2 TV Advisor: Dr. Alan Ray
- Works closely with Station and Assistant Managers to check on daily operations as well as growth/future operations. Seeks donations and other assistance by larger organizations. Purchases equipment and materials, and helps maintains overall Radio/Television facility operation. Also takes care of the legalaties and offers constructive advise to our officers and hosts.

KPAC & PAC2 TV Advertising Director:
- Seek advertising from local community and on-campus clubs. Forwards final advertising agreement to Finance Director, sends advertising media to webmaster and the PAC2-TV Assistant Manager. Relays such info to Station Manager and Finance Director. Oversees Advertising Team.
KPAC & PAC2 TV Human Resource Director:
- Distributes flyers around campus to encourage members of the Pacific community to get involved with KPAC and PAC2. Maintains the "KPAC Kwuiz," conducts interviews, and overseas training processes. Listens to KPAC and watches PAC2 TV shows in order to give feedback and assess membership dedication and performance. Gives hosts a progress report twice during the semester, usually around the 1/3 mark and 2/3 mark of the semester.
KPAC & PAC2 TV Sound Engineering Director:
- Establishes and oversees the Sound Engineering Team. Ensures quality playback of audio on air, online, and at our events. Maintains sound equipment. Records radio stingers.
KPAC Submissions Director:
- Keeps a log binder in the station of what promo stuff came in and assigns it to hosts to give away on their shows. Host of KPAC Promotions hour, which plays music from all submitted music.
KPAC Event Coordinator:
- Looks for event opportunities to get exposure for KPAC and facilitates bi-monthly KPAC promotional events. Oversees the KPAC Event Team. Creates Event Assessments for future event improvement. Ensures events are documented with cameras and PAC2 TV.
PAC2 TV Assistant Manager:
- Assists in the training of members and promotion of PAC2 TV, oversees the TV operations, and uploads the PowerPoint Presentation done by the PowerPoint Designer at least once a week.
KPAC & PAC2 TV Design Director:
- Oversees design projects such as logo design, interior/exterior design of the station and lounge, and flyer/brochure creation. Continues to create and oversee all projects related to design, oversees the design team.
KPAC & PAC2 TV News Director:
- Obtains upcoming events on and off campus and updates the event file on the KPAC computer.
PAC2 TV Program Director:
- Seeks members and maintains the PAC2 TV time-slot schedule.
PAC2 TV Athletics Manager:
- Gathers videos of Pacific sports games to do replays of the game on PAC2 TV. Oversees all Athletic-related TV shows.
PAC2 TV Music Video Manager:
- Gathers music videos created by students and non-students to put together PAC2 TV music video programs, and oversees all music video-related TV shows.
PAC2 TV Documentary Manager:
- Gathers documentary segments/series for PAC2 TV documentary shows, and oversees all documentary-related shows.
PAC2 TV Promotions Director:
- Helps with public relation type events (helps set up displays at club-advertising events). Works with PAC2 TV Event Director to promote upcoming events and oversees the PAC2 TV Promotions Team.
PAC2 TV Event Coordinator:

- Facilitates in the physical organization of the station and assists in the duplication of promotional material. Works more closely with the Operations Manager to get the daily operations covered. Keeps track of show attendance and forwards any issues to the KPAC or PAC2 TV Program Director.
PAC2 TV Webmaster:
- Maintains the PAC2 TV website with informational and promotional media.
KPAC & PAC2 TV ASuop Liaison:
- Attends ASuop Meetings to give updates on KPAC and PAC2 TV, and brings ASuop information back to us!
KPAC Radio Hosts:
- Follows KPAC Kode of Konduct in completing their weekly show, seeks ways to improve and promote their shows and KPAC, listens to other shows, puts in more hours per week besides their show to grow towards KPAC's greater goals. Helps out with KPAC events and promotional functions. Is a part of the KPAC/PAC2 TV community and shows respect to our organization, its members, and operations/protocol. Also distributes promotional materials and puts up flyers around the places they go on a daily basis.
PAC2 TV Hosts:
- Follows PAC2 TV Kode of Konduct in completing their weekly show, seeks ways to improve and promote their shows and PAC2 TV, watches other shows, puts in more hours per week besides their show to grow towards PAC2 TV's greater goals. Promotions Team:
- Shows up at promotional events to advertise KPAC and PAC2 TV to the campus community, and any off-campus sponsorships/events we do. Follows along with Promotions Directors.
Event Team:
- Coordinates on- and off-campus events to promote KPAC and PAC2 TV. Follows along with Event Directors.
Design Team:
- Coordinates with the Design Director to create graphical designs and also work on aesthetic projects in and around the station.
Advertising Team:
- Searches on- and off-campus organizations/businesses to find advertisers/sponsors/donors. We pay 10% commission on what advertising means you sell to the public! Follows along with Advertising Director.
Computer Engineering Team:
- Searches for new technologies to implements in the station and works with the Computer Engineering Director to maintain KPAC & PAC2 TV's technology.
Sound Engineering Team:
- Records stingers, assists the Pacific Mixers in setting up sound equipment at our events, and works with the Sound Engineering Director to ensure quality playback is attained on air and online.
Research/Development/Outreach Team:
- Brainstorms new ideas and implements those ideas. Finds other features that KPAC can use and implements them. Finds ways to get more students, faculty, staff, clubs/organizations, businesses, communities, and other social groups to be a member or sponsor of KPAC.
Photographer Team:
- Gathers/develops pictures of KPAC & PAC2 TV events and submits them to the PowerPoint Designer, KPAC/PAC2 TV Promotions Directors, and Webmasters.
Filming Team:
- Gathers/records video of KPAC & PAC2 TV events and submits them to the KPAC/PAC2 TV Program Directors, KPAC/PAC2 TV Promotions Directors, and Webmasters.
The Pacific Mixers:
- Provide Disc Jockey services for promotional activities and events, also can be hired by other student/non-student organizations to DJ a gig. Record mixes and produce music. Also feature live mixes on KPAC. Their webpage can be found here.
KPAC & PAC2 Volunteers:
- You let us know what kinds of things you enjoy and what you want to gain out of being at KPAC/PAC2 TV. Then we assign you smaller-scale tasks to help out around the station (whatever size commitments you prefer). Typically officers start here to show us the quality work they can do, and if they succeed in meeting our expectations, a promotion typically occurs to an officer position or other membership as desired.

- These are the supporters of KPAC and PAC2 TV that either donate capital or funds for us to grow, volunteer their time to specific growth projects, or offer us assistance/advise in some other unique form.
