New resources and important dates to help transition to web-based time entry and biweekly payroll

A new vacation cash out calculator and a budget planning workshop will help employees prepare financially for the transition to biweekly payroll and web time entry that begins in June. 

A new calculator tool is available to help employees estimate the amount of their vacation cash out if they choose to apply for this option Pacific is offering employees who might need financial assistance during this transition. The new vacation cash-out calculator tool is available here >>.  The first deadline to apply for transition assistance, either with a transition assistance loan or vacation cash out, is July 3.

A budget planning workshop has been scheduled as an important resource to help employees prepare for the payroll changes coming this summer. This free workshop is being held on Wednesday, June 14 in the DeRosa University Center, Room 211 A/B, and is available by webinar on the Sacramento and San Francisco campuses. Other upcoming important dates include the transition for students and temp casual employees to biweekly payroll on June 16 and the last semi-monthly paycheck for this classification on June 26. Non-exempt staff will transition to biweekly payroll on July 16, and exempt staff will transition on August 1. Review the biweekly pay transition schedule for details.
