Have you signed up to receive the electronic W-2 form?

Dec 15, 2017

If you have not signed up for the electronic W-2 tax form, please do so through Inside Pacific. If you prefer paper copy, it will be mailed to the address listed on your paystubs by Jan. 30. Please contact Human Recourses if the mailing address is not correct.

The electronic W-2 reduces printing and mailing costs, and eliminates the possibility of the mailed item being lost, stolen or misdirected.

Employees must consent to receive their printable Form W-2 electronically. The consent form can be securely accessed in the Employee Self Service section of the InsidePacific website. (From the Administrative tab, click on the Administrative Services link to go the Employee Self Service menu. Select the "Employee" link and find the Electronic W-2 Consent form in the Tax Information section.)

Once employees have consented to receiving Forms W-2 electronically and the Payroll Department has sent notification they are available, employees can return to insidePacific to print their statement for inclusion with federal, state or local income tax returns.

Note: If you elected to receive your W-2 electronically last year, you do not need to do so again.

If your mailing address has changed in the past year, please contact Human Resources or download the address change form and turn it in to Human Resources as soon as possible to ensure your address is updated before the W-2s are mailed.
