ServiceNow is the University of the Pacific’s easy-access self-service technology assistance tool. It is the best way to request assistance for IT issues and needs. It provides access through your PacificNet ID and password to the status of your requests, the name of the technical contact person responsible for the request and the ability to monitor progress at all times.

The San Francisco Helpdesk is open 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with extended hours through 8 p.m. on Monday and Thursday.
